62063 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Acting Attorney-General: What work from home policies and other flexible working arrangements, if any, does the Minister have for their ministerial offices and how many employees have them?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: The Ministerial Services business group within the Department of Internal Affairs is responsible for employing all Ministerial office staff (except Portfolio Private Secretaries who are seconded by the respective government agencies). Work from home and other flexible working arrangements are considered on a case-by-case basis and require agreement of the respective Manager or Senior Private Secretary. This is also my answer to WPQs 61904, 62008, 62025, and 62061 (2024).
