62045 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Prime Minister: How many square meters of office space, if any, does the Minister's department currently possess in the Wellington City Council area, if any?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the Responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) is a departmental agency hosted by DPMC. I am advised that in the Wellington City Council area DPMC occupies 3,391 square meters (excluding Government House in Wellington) and NEMA occupies 3,065 square metres (including the basement of Parliament’s Executive Wing).
