Hon Casey Costello: The Ministerial Services business group within the Department of Internal Affairs is responsible for employing all Ministerial office staff (except Portfolio Private Secretaries who are seconded by the respective government agencies) and has guidance in place that supports the requirements of the organisation. I can advise that work from home and flexible arrangements in my office are considered on a case-by-case basis and require agreement from my Senior Private Secretary. I can advise that no staff in my office have formal flexible working arrangements in place.
