Hon Chris Penk: As noted in the 2022/23 Annual review of Land Information New Zealand – Land Information New Zealand have advised they lease: • 7,504sqm of office space in Wellington, • 1,391.26sqm of office space in Hamilton, • 1,980.21sqm of office space in Christchurch. This totals 10,875.47sqm of leased office space.
