Of the 15,537 m2 of office space located at 133 Molesworth Street, the Ministry of Health and Cancer Control Agency are currently allocated 11,295 m2. Health New Zealand sub leases 4,136 m2 of office space, and a commercial vendor sub leases a further 106 m2 of office space, which is used as a café.
