Comprising of: - 8 Willis Street, Wellington: 5,292 square metres - 335 Lincoln Road, Christchurch: 581.7 square metres - 42 Grey Street, Gisborne: 37.2 square metres The Ministry for the Environment also has 16x desks/workstations at the Auckland Policy Office, 167b Victoria Street West, by way of a Memorandum of Understanding with other Crown occupants. The Environmental Protection Authority leases 2225 square metres of office space at 366 Lambton Quay.
