61952 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Environment: How many square meters of office space, if any, does the Minister's department currently possess in the Wellington City Council area, if any?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I am advised that the Ministry for the Environment leases 5,292 square metres of office space in the Wellington City Council area at 8 Willis Street, as part of a shared tenancy where Statistics NZ is the lead agency. The Environmental Protection Authority leases 2225 square metres of office space at 366 Lambton Quay.
