61947 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Education: How many square meters of office space, if any, does the Minister's department currently possess, if any?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that it currently leases 49,643 square metres of office space in 40 locations throughout New Zealand. I am advised by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority that it currently leases 5721.31 square metres of office space at 125 The Terrace in Wellington. I am advised by the Education Review Office that it leases 4,083.52 square metres of floor space (including storage and common areas) in six locations throughout New Zealand.
