61944 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Economic Development: How many square meters of office space, if any, does the Minister's department currently possess, if any?

Hon Melissa Lee: I am advised that, as of September 2024, the Ministry leased 45 commercial/office space within New Zealand and Offshore. The total amount of floor space, as of September 2024 for On-shore commercial properties (33) is 87,419.77m² and for Off-shore commercial properties (12) is 2,662.63m² – which is a total of 90,082.40m² of commercial office space (Offshore and on shore).
