Hon Chris Bishop: I have received the following advice from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development specifically relating to rental prices: • The Housing Market Update is received quarterly (31/01/2014, 30/04/2024, 31/07/2024). The Housing Market Update reports on the latest quarter of data and information about the housing and rental markets, residential construction, and macro-economic context. • Rental data trends, 9/09/2024 • Trade me data, 26/07/2024. I have also received the following paper, which contains information relevant to rental prices: • Regulatory Impact Statement: Residential Tenancies Act tenancy termination amendments, 08/02/2024.
