Hon Judith Collins: At Crown Law, the Flexible Working Policy (including working remotely as one form of working flexibly) was last reviewed in May 2023. The updated policy introduced principles and supporting guidance to test all types of flexible working requests and the ongoing monitoring of all types of flexible working arrangements. The Parliamentary Counsel Office carried out work in 2023 to evaluate the impact and employee experience of the current Flexible Work policy.
