61836 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Prime Minister: What current policies, if any, does the Minister's department, if any, have on working from home or flexible working arrangements?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the Responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) is a departmental agency hosted by DPMC. I am advised that DPMC and NEMA share a Flexible Working By-Default Policy which has been in effect since 30 November 2020.
