Francisco Hernandez to the Prime Minister: What advice, instructions, communications, briefings, aide memoires, if any, broken down by date or title, has the Minister or their departments, if any, sent to the Minister of Finance or Minister for the Public Service around work from home policies prior to 16 September 2024?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the Responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). The National Emergency Management Agency is a departmental agency hosted by DPMC. I am advised that no material of that nature has been sent to the Minister of Finance or the Minister for the Public Service, prior to 16 September 2024.
