61822 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Women: Prior to 16 September, what work, if any, has the Minister's departments, if any, done to scope or evaluate work from home policies?

Hon Nicola Grigg: The Ministry for Women’s flexible work policy (which includes work from home arrangements) is regularly reviewed to ensure that it is working in practice. This is to ensure it enables collaboration, performance and delivery, and that the balance of time is spent physically in the office.
