Hon Simon Watts: Officials advise that in 2020, Inland Revenue provided employees with interim working from home guidance relating to COVID-19 and working from home during lock down. Inland Revenue updated its enduring Flexible Working Policy in March 2021 in line with the Public Service Commission’s guidelines. This policy was supported by: • New Working from Home Guidelines • Informal Flexible Working guidelines • Formal Flexible Working guidelines Inland Revenue reviewed its Flexible Working Policy and supporting guidelines in October 2022 to ensure alignment to hybrid working guidelines from the Public Service Commission.
