61757 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Public Service: Prior to 16 September, what work, if any, has the Minister's departments, if any, done to scope or evaluate work from home policies?

Hon Nicola Willis: I am advised that the Public Service Commission did a stock take of all flexible working arrangements within the Commission in August 2023. Using this information, employees and managers were then engaged to contribute to a review of the Commission's flexible working policy. The updated Flexible Working Arrangements Policy was published in March 2024.
