61756 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Prevention of Family and Sexual Violence: What current policies, if any, does the Minister's department, if any, have on working from home or flexible working arrangements?

Hon Karen Chhour: Te Puna Aonui business unit adheres to the corporate policies of the Ministry of Justice, which includes its policy on flexible working. The Ministry’s policy encourages a “flexible by default” approach. Staff employed under the PSA’s collective employment agreement also have provisions for flexible working arrangements.
