Hon Karen Chhour: Te Puna Aonui business unit adheres to the corporate policies of the Ministry of Justice, which includes its policy on flexible working. This policy refers to guidance issued by the Public Service Commission: https://www.publicservice.govt.nz/guidance/guidance-flexible-work-by-default-guidance-and-resources. Te Puna Aonui has not received any other instructions, communications, briefings or aides-mémoire from the Minister of Finance or Minister for the Public Service.
