61707 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Justice: What current policies, if any, does the Minister's department, if any, have on working from home or flexible working arrangements?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that the Ministry of Justice has a Flexible Work Policy, which gives effect to Part 6AA of the Employment Relations Act 2000. The policy was last updated in August 2024.
