61687 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Housing: Prior to 16 September, what work, if any, has the Minister's departments, if any, done to scope or evaluate work from home policies?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that its Flexible Working policy was reviewed in 2021 and there was no activity to evaluate the policy. The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development has not undertaken any evaluations of work from home policies. However, it monitors office utilisation on a daily basis.
