61638 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Environment: What current policies, if any, does the Minister's department, if any, have on working from home or flexible working arrangements?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I am advised that the Ministry for the Environment's current policies on Working From Home and/or Flexible Working Arrangements are contained in Sections 17.14.2 and 12.3 of the Collective Employment Agreement and Sections 8.3 of the Individual Employment Agreement. Copies of the Ministry's flexible working policy and flexible by default guidance have been released in response to a request for official information.
