61541 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery: Prior to 16 September, what work, if any, has the Minister's departments, if any, done to scope or evaluate work from home policies?

Hon Mark Mitchell: The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) is a departmental agency located within the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). DPMC hosts the functional Chief Executive, Cyclone Recovery through the Cyclone Recovery Unit (CRU), a business unit of DPMC. In my capacity as the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery I am not the Responsible Minister, the Prime Minister is the Responsible Minister for DPMC. I refer the member to the Prime Minister’s response to Written Parliamentary Question 61837 (2024).
