61535 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery: What current policies, if any, does the Minister's department, if any, have on working from home or flexible working arrangements?

Hon Mark Mitchell: The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) is a departmental agency located within the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). DPMC hosts the functional Chief Executive, Cyclone Recovery through the Cyclone Recovery Unit (CRU), a business unit of DPMC. In my capacity as the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery I am not the Responsible Minister, the Prime Minister is the Responsible Minister for DPMC. I refer the member to the Prime Minister’s response to Written Parliamentary Question 61836 (2024).
