Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister for Regulation: How many requests under the Official Information Act have been made to the Ministry for Regulation since 1 May 2024; how many were complied with within the statutory time frame, how many were extended, how many were complied with out of time, and how many are outstanding?

Hon David Seymour: The Public Service Commission publishes regular statistics on Official Information Act requests on its website here: https://www.publicservice.govt.nz/guidance/official-information/oia-statistics. I do not consider it is in the public interest to ask my officials to collate additional statistics for the purposes of the member's question.
