Hon David Seymour: For converting schools, the application process could be initiated by either a school board or school community together with a prospective sponsor. To ensure the community and other stakeholders support the conversion, the applicant will need to provide evidence of community support in their application and the Authorisation Board will need to consult on the proposed conversion.
