61472 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Immigration: Can the Minister confirm whether she has received a letter from Leizel Deligero regarding the working rights of internationally qualified nurses, and if yes, has she sought any advice on the issues raised in the letter?

Hon Erica Stanford: My office received a letter of 11 September 2024, with the member included in the cc line. A response will be sent from my office in due course. Regarding what advice I've received on the working rights of internationally qualified nurses, I refer the member to WPQ 60169 (2024).
