As noted in the table, processing timeframes include AEWV applications which were received more than nine months before the expiry of the visa holder's current AEWV, where a job token is being reused. These applications will not be allocated for processing until the expiry date of the current AEWV is less than nine months. I am advised that Immigration New Zealand continues to build their capacity and capability across the visa processing network, while also continuously reviewing the resourcing required to ensure they can deliver timely visa decisions for applicants across all visa categories.
