Hon Andrew Hoggard: On 16 September 2024, the three papers titled ‘Amendments to the Biosecurity Act 1993: Release of Consultation Documents’; and ‘Setting Caps and Levy Rates to Recover Costs of Processing Travellers at the Border’ (a joint paper between the Minister of Customs and myself) were considered by Cabinet.
