Ingrid Leary to the Minister of Corrections: Does the Minister agree with forensic psychiatrist Dr Erik Monasterio that New Zealand prison Intervention and Support Units do not have the resources and are not "geared up" to treat people with acute, serious, and disabling mental illnesses; if so, what, if anything, will he do to address this?
