Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Does he support Health Commissioner Lester Levy’s indication at the Health Select Committee on 18 September 2024 that Health New Zealand’s minutes, agendas and papers of commissioner meetings could be proactively released, if so, on what date does he expect the first release of that information to occur?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I support all public service entities being open and transparent. The release of any information related to Commissioner meetings is a matter for the Commissioner to determine.
