Hon Chris Bishop: Budget 2024 allocated $92.2 million to Resource Management Reforms – Replacement over four years. I am advised the Ministry for the Environment spent $135.7 million on resource management reform to 31 August 2023 which included developing the Spatial Planning Act 2023 and Natural and Built Environment Act 2023
