Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: Does the Minister agree with the Cure Kids State of Child Health in Aotearoa New Zealand report 2023 that rates of hospitalisation for mental and behavioural disorders have increased rapidly for girls and young women since 2011, and young women are 1.7 times more likely to be hospitalised for mental health concerns, when compared to young men; if so, what, if anything, will he do to address this?
