Hon Judith Collins: The Cabinet paper seeking agreement for New Zealand to participate in Operation Olympic Defender, which the GCSB and the NZSIS were consulted on, was mentioned in Reports on Upcoming Issues that I received from the GCSB and the NZSIS dated 18 July, 1 August and 15 August 2024.
