60015 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Public Service: What work, if any, has the Minister done to progress performance pay for public sector CEOs?

Hon Nicola Willis: The Public Service Commissioner, as the employer of the Public Service Chief Executives, is responsible for settings terms and conditions of employment for Public Service Chief Executives. The Public Service Commission is currently undertaking work to implement performance pay for Public Service Chief Executives. I expect further announcements will be made in due course.
