59980 (2024). Teanau Tuiono to the Minister of Education: What engagement or consultation was undertaken with children’s rights organisations before releasing a proposal to remove unnecessary references to relevant student rights from boards of trustees duties under the Education and Training Act?

Hon Erica Stanford: Public consultation is currently underway on these proposals. That is the ordinary process through which feedback from stakeholders is sought.
