59957 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Public Service: Why was it David Seymour who hosted a press conference about the Cabinet Circular titled "needs-based service provision," when Nicola Willis is the Minister for Public Services?

Hon Nicola Willis: The announcement of the Cabinet Circular was made by the Minister for the Public Service, and follow-up media interviews were also conducted by the Minister. Hon Seymour is entitled to speak to the media in support of an initiative which is in the National/ACT coalition agreement.
