Hon Brooke van Velden: The targeted consultation undertaken by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment included: FIRST Union; Maritime Union of New Zealand; New Zealand Council of Trade Unions; Postal Workers Union; Public Service Association; Unite Union; and ProDrive, an association of professional drivers in New Zealand.
