Rt Hon Winston Peters: The New Zealand government has not yet formed a view on whether a future convention should include the concept of gender apartheid. New Zealand has reaffirmed our openness towards considering language directed towards enhanced prevention and accountability measures for sexual and gender-based crimes in a future convention on the prevention and punishment of crimes against humanity.
