Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister for Sport and Recreation: What is the total sum, if any, of redundancy payments made to staff at ministries, departments and agencies, if any, for which the Minister is responsible during the period 27 November 2023 - 17 September 2024, by month and agency?

Hon Chris Bishop: In my capacity as Minister for Sport and Recreation, I have been advised that the total sum of redundancy payments for Sport New Zealand between 27 November 2023 - 17 September 2024 is just over $61,000. These redundancy payments were made in June 2024.
