Hon Judith Collins: In my capacity as the Lead Coordination Minister for the Government's Response to the Royal Commission’s Report into the Terrorist Attack on the Christchurch Mosques I am not a Responsible Minister. The Prime Minister is the Responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
