59734 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Agriculture: What is the total sum, if any, of projected future spend on redundancy payments to staff at ministries, departments and agencies, if any, for which the Minister is responsible as at 17 September 2024, by month and agency?

Hon Todd McClay: I am advised the projected future spend on redundancy payments for the ‘Improving our Efficiency’ change process that was implemented 1 July 2024 at Ministry for Primary Industries is $275,000. A monthly breakdown is not provided in accordance with Speaker's Ruling 199/6.
