59639 (2024). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Which social housing projects make up the 48 that are proceeding to contract from the list of 371 that were being assessed by Kāinga Ora as at 31 July 2024?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised by Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities that as of 31 August 2024, 48 of the 371 projects under assessment were approved to proceed to contract, as social housing priority locations were updated through an updated Letter of Expectations. Kāinga Ora will continue to consider projects under assessment. I refer the Member to the attached list.
