Rt Hon Winston Peters: In my capacity as Minister of Foreign Affairs, I received the listed aides-memoire, briefings, memos, notes, reports and advice from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, during the week of 9 September 2024. It is not in the public interest to release a further seven titles, in order to avoid prejudicing the security or defence of New Zealand or the international relations of the New Zealand Government, to maintain the confidentiality of advice tendered by Ministers and officials, maintain the free and frank expression opinions by Ministers and officials, and protect the economic interests of New Zealand.
