59177 (2025). Shanan Halbert to the Minister for Vocational Education: What specific actions, if any, is the Minister taking to support the Tertiary Education Strategy’s goal of deepening collaboration with hapū and iwi?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I will continue my regular engagement with the Mātauranga Iwi Leaders Group. And, I am advised the Tertiary Education Commission will issue investment guidance outlining how it will give effect to the priorities of the Tertiary Education Strategy, including strengthening collaboration with hapū and iwi.
