Hon Louise Upston: I receive a large amount of correspondence in relation to this portfolio, including from clients, individual providers and providers as a collective. In order to answer this would require a review of individual client files and for the Ministry to undertake substantial manual collation, diverting staff from their core duties. In accordance with the Speakers Ruling 199-6, I consider the time and hence the expense, of answering the Member’s question is not in the public interest.
