Hon Simeon Brown: As part of our focus on building a healthcare system that has patients at its centre, our Government also has several initiatives in place to remove barriers to healthcare access by providing financial assistance that supports people with primary care costs. This includes the Very Low-Cost Access scheme; Community Services Cards; a High Use Health Card; a prescription subsidy card, and Zero Fees for Under 14s.
