59048 (2025). Arena Williams to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: Does the Minister agree with Consumer New Zealand that New Zealand needs a live-event ticket resale market that "works well and is fair for consumers"?

Hon Scott Simpson: I am aware of Consumer New Zealand’s views on ticket resale. New Zealanders should have clear, enforceable rights and remedies when acquiring tickets to events.
