59022 (2025). Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister for Digitising Government: What public consultation was taken on the Government app, if any?

Hon Judith Collins: Usability testing, accessibility testing and customer research has been conducted to help inform the design and delivery of the Govt.nz app. There is a Govt.nz app website (www.govt.nz/about/the-govt-nz-app) with information about the app, including privacy, accessibility, copyright and disclosure information, and an opportunity to provide feedback. Feedback can also be provided via the Government app itself. We have received a steady flow of public feedback since the Government app was released.
