59017 (2025). Arena Williams to the Minister for Youth: Did the Minister sign off, or provide his input into, the "Youth Parliament 2025 guidance principle of no naming, blaming, or shaming", and if so, did this extend to removing youth criticism of the Government?

Hon James Meager: No. I understand the "no naming, blaming, or shaming" principles were part of the Code of Conduct module developed by the Ministry of Youth Development based on the 2022 model. I understand this was tabled with the Multi Party Reference Group consisting of MPs from all parties.
