Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Lead Coordination Minister for the Government's Response to the Royal Commission’s Report into Historical Abuse in State Care and in the Care of Faith-based Institutions: Further to 27066 (2025), when, if at all, will the common payment framework for claims of abuse in care be available?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised that the Common Payment Framework is scheduled to be implemented by agencies on 27 January 2026.
